Location  

I am unable to access sites like the National Lottery as when I log in and try to  play the National Lottery it tells me I’m not in the UK ( but I’m actually in  the West Midlands ) 

Not sure how to rectify this so my location/ IP address  is UK

Maybe double-check the handset regional settings and date & time are all set for UK, @Alexandra Pejovic.

The National Lottery might be classified as gambling, so if your adult content filter is set incorrectly, you might not be able to access the site.

I’m sorry to hear that, have you tried the above from @andewhite to double check the adult content filter on your iD Mobile app/website or even your device settings.
