Would someone please help me, over a week ago now my phone was cut off, I live inside the shaded area of the map I’ve got 4G but still have no network. I am 85, live alone and am severely disabled I go to hospital every other day for treatment at Skegness from Woodhall Spa my phone works fine at Skegness but not at home so I have no contact with anyone I’m worrying myself sick, I was cut off whilst in hospital so I have no access in an emergency.
