mobile data/ 3g/4g/5g not working (no network coverage or faults in my area)

I have been using I-d for over a year with minimal problems but recently I have found my mobile data barely ever works. I live in a city and I have checked for network coverage reports and faults and nothing. Yet still no mobile data. I have reset the network settings in my phone multiple times, the first time or two it worked briefly but now even that doesn't. I'm getting pretty sick and tired of paying for a service that's just not being provided, to top it off I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and find it very stressful/as does my husband when I'm out and I do not receive his WhatsApp calls. Please advise!!!

It sounds like you may have a faulty SIM or handset.

Firstly I would advise testing the SIM in a different handset and if the same issue occurs you can test a replacement SIM.
