Mobile Data isnt working


I’ve been with id mobile for 3 years now and not experienced any issues, until a few days ago I received a message saying I had used 100% of my data. My mobile data stopped working. However, in the app it said I still had 10GB remaining. Despite this I bought a data add on of 1GB hoping for my data would work again, but it hasn’t. My monthly data has now renewed and it still won’t connect, so even when it says I have full bars of 4G service (not 5G like usual though). I’ve tried my SIM card in another phone and still won’t work, and tried resetting and turning off and on things with no luck. id customer service chat bot can’t help at all.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the data service. 

Are calls and texts working okay?

 

When you go in to the app, are you showing any allowance remaining? 

Do you currently have any balance owing on the account?

Hi Nat,

Calls and texts are working fine. There is 12GB left in my allowance and there is no balance owed.
