Been using the same phone and sim for an over a year but in the last couple of weeks my mobile data just isn’t working. It’s showing as having full strength 4g but won’t load anything. The coverage says excellent coverage in my area too

Perhaps Three UK (the iD Mobile network partner) are doing upgrade work on the cell tower / network in your location, as part of 3G shutdown.

Otherwise, there might network fault/issue in your area.

Do you have these issues everywhere or just some areas?
