Mobile data not working

Been using the same phone and sim for an over a year but in the last couple of weeks my mobile data just isn’t working. It’s showing as having full strength 4g but won’t load anything. The coverage says excellent coverage in my area too

Perhaps Three UK (the iD Mobile network partner) are doing upgrade work on the cell tower / network in your location, as part of 3G shutdown.

Otherwise, there might network fault/issue in your area.

My data is not working. Checked local connections and it is apparently excellent

Is this a sudden change?

I would advise checking the coverage and network status at the link below:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

You should be able to reset your network settings via your settings.

Phone has suddenly lost a Data signal, No bars showing, However my daughter’s phone showing 2 bars on the same ID Mobile contract

It sounds like it may be a faulty handset, please can you swap SIM’s and check if you have the same result with your SIM in her handset?

Hi

My data isn't working when I make a phone call. I have done all trouble Shooting. 

It's not my handset as I have tried other sim in the phone. How can this be fixed as I m paying money and not getting the full service!

Does the data not load at all?

Does your coverage change when you try and use data when on a call?

First my incoming and outgoing call were not working. After replacing the sim and updating my iPhones softwhere. Calls are working but internet stopped working :/

 

any solution?

Please help calls and txts work hut no mobile data just renewed the contract yesterday tried in another handset and its the same tried most trouble shooting but out of ideas

Tried all this it is the same on another phone calls and texts work but not data. A bit concerning as this is my daughter's phone and I need the data for her tracker. She was out yesterday and calls also stopped working so was unable to contact her and vice versa. Poor service.

 

Managed to link up to chat and they are sending a new sim card but seems all is jot affected data, messages and calls.
