Mobile Data Problem

Hi 

I am supposed to have unlimited data but my iPhone 14 will only connect using 3G.

4g is hopeless only shows one bar and nothing will load.

5g is few and far between.

works perfectly on 3G but unfortunately I’m not able to manually select it so just have to wait for it to ‘kick in’.

This can’t be right can it?

Hey @John Headland. Are you new to iD Mobile? I’ve seen this issue once before and it’s a configuration issue on our Network Partner, Three UKs, side. If you are, let me know. If not, check out the steps in this article:

Probably about a year now, reckon it was ok at first but slowly got worse. It’s just that 3G works great but 4g is slower and I don’t have the options  in settings to choose 3G. I’ve got two bars on 4g at the moment I’m writing this.

I’ll check the article out.
