I have no mobile service. The staus checker tool shows no issues in my area  the online bot is no help it just keeps going round in a loop.

How do i report a broken service?

I’m sorry to hear this, how long has your service been off?

 

Is everything off, no signal at all or just slow/degraded?

 

Have you tried the SIM card in another device?
