Monqi texting
My son is unable to send texts from his monqi phone. He is able to receive texts, can make/receive calls and all his apps work fine but any text he sends does not go to the recipient?

Sorry to hear that he's having issues sending texts.
There are 3 factors for this.
The phone
The Network
The Settings
As he's able to receive texts fine, I'm swayed a little away from it being a network issue but not ruling it out completely.
Can you get your son to text his own number and let us know what happens?
