Moved from Smarty - why so terrible?

I ported my number from Smarty to ID on Monday. Today Thursday - what a mistake, four days virtually no service and calls dropping and barely audible if holding. Seem to permanently cycle between 4G and 5G. Also falling back to 3G. Data erratic. How can this be as they are both MVNOs on the same carrier and it is the same phone?

do I need to write this off as a misadventure and ask for a PAC on day 4?

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having this issue?

 

Smarty and iD Mobile coverage should be the same, as we both rely on Three UK for their network.

 

If you are unhappy with the service we provide, we have a cooling off period for all plans during the beginning of it.

Already left you. Customer service response was pathetic. Complaints line said you’ve decided to leave so we’ll take it no further. Shameful.
