To cancel your plan, you can follow these steps @vehbster:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Tap Leave iD.
  4. Tap Cancel my iD plan.

Alternatively, you can use the Live Chat service to cancel your plan. To do this:

  1. Go to the iD Mobile website and click on the Live Chat option.
  2. Type "To speak to someone" in the message box to connect directly to an advisor.

Please note that cancelling your Direct Debit will not cancel your plan, and it could impact your credit rating. If you have already cancelled your Direct Debit, you will need to set it up again before your next payment is due.

Hey there @Ramesh kumar, you’ll need to login to the iD Mobile app/website, go to features and enable roaming.
