I've just renewed my sim only contract going from a monthly rolling to 24 months. Same sim as before but now I keep getting no service?

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like we may have sent another SIM just in case and it was activated, you should receive this within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail (or via DPD if this is an upgrade to a device plan).

 

If you need a replacement SIM before that, I’d recommend the below;

Hey there ​@Paul Scales, if you login to the iD Mobile app/website, it should state when your contract started. If you then know you were on a 24-month plan for example, you can work out the contract end date from there.

 

If you cannot find or work this out, of course we can take a look for you.

Have you enabled roaming, both via your phone’s own settings, and also via the iD Mobile app/website?

 

Have you tried restarting your phoen and resetting network settings?
