I have very little 3G when I am out and about now. This impacts on my daily life now. I can’t use my virtual app to check where my buses are anymore and can’t talk to my daughter in Australia. I can’t do any internet banking . I feel that my contract with ID mobile is pointless!

Perhaps you're in the Midlands area where Three UK (the iD Mobile network partner) have switched-off their 3G mobile network, @Maxine Merwick.
Without a 4G handset compatible with VoLTE calling, using an iD SIM in this area will be pointless.
My phone is 4g compatible
Do you know when 4g will be switched on ?
Okay @Maxine Merwick, 3G would not be shutdown in any area, until 4G was available in the given area.

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?
It may be worth manually connecting to another network, awaiting a minute while having no signal and then connecting manually back to iD Mobile/Three UK.
