My id network is not working

The service is very low, it is not receiving any service. My phone only shows one bar and data does not work.

    Have you checked the coverage and network status in the area?

    Does the service improve when you are outside or away from the area?

    I would also advise testing the SIM in a different handset if you don’t see any issues in the area.
