my network isn't working


Can someone help, my signal has been off and on from Thursday 1st starting around 2pm it's now 1am Friday and still data and signal are on and off.. can someone tell me if there is an issue and how long will this last…

I've checked the network in my area and it says there is no issues, however locals near me are having the same issue, this seems to be a 3 network issue however they are also saying there is no issues in my area.it was working great then network dropped and now only connects for a few seconds every now and again..

If the other local people affected by this network issue are 3 customers, perhaps they can make a complaint to 3, ​@Weston100

Unfortunately, non-3 customers can’t interact with 3 customer support.

If other Three users are experiencing the same issue, it does sound like there could be an issue not yet reported. 

Would you mind sharing your postcode so I can have a check?

Do you still experience the same issue after a reboot?
