my service does not allow this number, neither can i send a text message. data is working fine

Whenever I am making a call or sending a text to any number geographic or otherwise I am getting a message that my service does not allow access to this number.  Neither can I send a message. My data services are working just fine.  
have tried everything on help pages inc restarting the phone. My data plan and subscriptions are all up to date and ok ,, money is also there. 
 

please help

Hey there ​@Mmoonis, sorry to hear that. So to confirm, you can call regular 07 mobile numbers okay, just not Geographical numbers?

No, I  cannot call Any Number nor can I send any text message.

I have a bill cap of £8. At the moment the full allowance is available.

Please could you let us know which type of numbers are you calling?

 

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset?

Help,

only now got my hands on another handset. I tried putting my sim in another phone, still could not make the calls. I got the same message “your service does not allow access to this number”. I tried UK mobile, UK normal landlines and UK non geographic numbers (0800) 

 

also tried putting another ID sim in my phone and that other sim was working all fine in my handset.

Hey there, if another iD Mobile SIM is working fine, then that may indicate a SIM fault, and we’d recommend getting a free replacement SIM card to try:

Ok, got a new sim and inserted it. Still the problem is not resolved. What should I mark the above answer as? 
are the people replying me from id mobile technical Team or random volunteers who are trying their sincere best to resolve my problem? 
can you not just do a hard reset of services available to my account rather than making my me run from pillar to post please !
