my sim doesnt seem to be working

I’m having difficulty accessing the internet so I put £40 into my account today and it doesn’t seem to be showing in my account plus I still have no network on internet

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Cush    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
