I’ve had ID mobile for a few months now and my service is applauding, I’ve tried all the suggested fixes and it makes no difference. My phone has become useless when I go almost anywhere without WIFi

Have you had low coverage since joining, or is this more of a recent issue?
If it’s a recent issue, it may also be worthwhile checking if there are any network outages in your area.
