Hello, ever since I switched to id there is no network even when I'm outside. Can anyone help

    Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) you’re having issues in?

     

    How long have you had these issues?

     

    You have no network at all? Are you sure the correct SIM is installed?
