I still unable texting and calling and the network over my place is still very poor

Hi ​@Elainecll  We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now.  Have you tried a reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled?
