I've experienced the same problem with the signal down. I've just gone into my settings and noticed the VOLTE sim was switched off., so I've switched it back on and everything is back to normal now.  Maybe if people try thst and see what happens.

Hi ​@James yun  glad to hear you’re up and running now. It seems a few customers haven’t had VoLTE enabled and switching it on is fixing a lot of issues for customers, so thank you for sharing this! 😁
