My phone cannot call  most of my contacts and mostly all and also I cannot communicate via WhatsApp when away from home.

I have a 20GB data on my plan and this puzzles me as to why my communication is limited to my home, where I utilise home WiFi ?

I feel like I am not benefiting anything from the data I subscribe for.

any suggestions, as to what could be the issue here?
