Please can you confirm why the network is down and I can’t make or receive calls in the Derbyshire area?

There is currently degradation to 3G and 4G voice calls. 3UK engineers are investigating the issue. For the latest updates, please check our Service Status page.

Oh right is it effecting other networks or just ID mobile?

@minada, the Three UK network seems to be working in North Devon (23rd Jan ‘25).
