Hi @Whippet,

Welcome to the Community!

I can see that there is some work being carried out in the area.

If you don’t see any improvement after 48 hours, please get back to us and we can PM you.

Thank you for confirming.

Is the phone showing no service at all or a weak signal?

Are all services impacted?

Thanks,

Nat

@Whippet

I have no signal no matter where I am nothing to do with where I live

And

No signal does not recognise my phone number just says unknown

Sounds like the iD SIM as coughed and pooped itself. If you’re able to pop down to your nearest Currys and ask then for a replacement SIM (they’re free) but take iD as you may need it.

You can then activate it via the online account portal or via the app.

Thank you.

We can arrange a free replacement SIM card for you using any one of the below methods:

- Sent via DPD (1-2 working days, signature/delivery photo required)

- Visit any Currys store

- eSIM sent via Email (Please ensure your device is eSIM compatible and you can currently receive SMS before requesting this)

Please let us know how you wish to proceed.
