Network down for days?

I’ve been having network issues for days for both voice and data across different WR postcodes. No warnings or information from ID mobile about the service disruption nor likely resolution timescales. Network status pages are out of date. Really hopeless.

Are others having issues ?

My postcode is WR143Dy and I have a Moto g73 5g

This is likely affecting signal strength at the moment, and we hope it’s resolved shortly. If the issue persists for 7-days from when you first noticed it, please do let us know.

The problem has already been going on for days with intermittent (at best) coverage. certainly since last Wednesday . 

 

Any reason why my phone can't make WiFi calls? The function is switched on but doesn't work.

Hey there ​@MSt, sorry to hear that. Have you tried switching Wi-Fi calling off and back on?

 

What phone do you have?

Yes I've tried toggling the WiFi calls setting and rebooting the phone. It's a Moto g73 5g

No problem, sorry to hear you’re having issues still ​@MSt. It is likely due to the work on-going in your area I’m afraid. I see you said that issues began last Wednesday, so if issues continue past tomorrow, please get back in touch and then we can raise further to our technical team, as we have to wait 7-days from when the the customer first notices the outage to investigate further.
