Network issue in BT93


There has been no signal in my area (Belleek of Fermanagh BT93) since storm Eowyn. The three network status shows that there is an issue that they are fixing. But it has been almost two months and the status never changed. I am paying the monthly fee but getting no service at all!

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Emmaamme25   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
