We are being blighted by a problem with calls at the moment .
My wife and I both, as well as plenty of others in the village .
This started a couple of weeks ago .
The problem is as follows :-
Make a call, which connects, then after about 20 seconds or so, it goes dead for about 5 to 10 seconds .?
It will then carry on doig this for the duration of the call. The other side of the call also hears the drop outs as well.
I live about 500m from the tower .
Cell tower eNB ID 9314 (Macro)- LTE
MCC/MNC/Region is 234/20/5268.
I am in cell 1 cell no 2384385.
As mentioned, others in the Village also experience this issue . they are on a mix of different providers.
The tower is owned by Three I believe.
Can someone please raise a fault with Three ?
