I’m facing network issue since I bought contract with you guys ID MOBILE 

FIRST OF ALL YOU Don’t have to any customer service number  where I can complain this 

So please solve my problem 

check in your system  why I’m facing network problem

Sorry to hear you’ve been having network issues, you’ve been having issues since joining, correct?

 

Are you having these same issues everywhere or just in a certain location(s)?

Mate most of  the places I face same problem (no signal or shows 3G ) I don’t understand what I can to !  some time I missed my very important call just because of this network issue ? 
I’m not happy 
even you guys don’t have any number where I can to contact !
some times I’m so pissed off . 
imagine you are outside somewhere to travelling  and you don’t have internet( if something important to do ) what you will do ?  The reason i chosen  unlimited internet 🛜 to not facing any problem any where but 😡 
 

please solve this otherwise it’s not good for to pay your company

Hey there ​@Haseeb, can you please provide some full postcode(s) you have the issues in most regularly please?

 

Is the issue only with data? Or are calls and texts affected also?

 

Also, what phone do you have?

 

In the postcodes you’re having issues in, are you able to perform a speed test? If so, are you able to provide a screenshot of the download speeds along with the postcode you tested it in?
