Network issues, DT9 area of Dorset

Today (Monday 27th May 2024), I was without a network for a period of approximately 7 hours from this morning until about 3pm, I have a 5G phone but I'm in a 4G area but still. So far I've checked and there hasn't been any messages on social media. It would be nice to have an explanation or an apology.

@Fastlane is correct here, it’s worthwhile checking if there are any issues in your local area. If the coverage is reduced for a limited period, this tends to suggest a temporary outage or a network upgrade being carried out on your local mast.
