Network issues for 8 weeks

I've been getting network issues for 8 weeks now. I can see others are having the same issue. It keeps saying emergency calls only.

I've tried switching my network settings to chose ID MOBILE and then back to choose automatic network and it's hit and miss. When im on calls, it will cut out mid way through. Doesn't matter whether it's 3g, 4g or 5g it's just a terrible service and not fit for purpose.

The other week I had my phone in for testing through Samsung and it is not the phone.

ID mobile obviously you have issues. I need this sorting out ASAP or you need to end my contract so I can go with a provider who actually provides a service

Yep. I’ve never had such consistently bad service and no updates. All the network status says is s they’re having problems and trying to fix it. This is disgraceful. Every single other provider has at least offered an estimate and explanation!

You can raise a complaint and ask to be released from contract after eight weeks.

I’m in the process of doing this—but they’ve had this current complaint for over a month and done nothing. Not even a response. 
At the moment I’m at my son’s house in a completely different area to home and it’s down both at home and here. This has been going on since June! 
I hope you get sorted somehow soon.

I’m done with ID/Three for certain. 


Sorry to hear you are having the same issues. I've just been reading your posts. Absolutely terrible service isn't it. I've just raised a complaint and they are sending me a new sim card in the meantime but probably just a waste of time. Hope you get sorted
