Well I only joined iD mobile yesterday. Spent an hour on a chat this afternoon and most of last night checking settings only to find out it’s not just me! Not a good start after being with my former provider forever without problems like this 😢

Mines been ok. I was with 02 for years, had outages every month m. This is the first on since joined in September

I was cut off mid-call at 13.24 and have had no service since, so nearly four hours now.  I’m in TN31.  This is really poor - it’s the only phone I have and I need to make urgent calls.  Another update from ID/3UK would be appreciated.  And compensation.

No further updates for over 2 hours Matthew.  Not good enough.  What is the latest and when can we expect service to be restored?

Shows as i have signal but cannot make or receive calls, corringham, essex uk ss17

Latest Updates:

18:00 - 3UK engineers have identified and isolated the suspected issue.

16:00 - 3UK engineers continue to investigate.

14:00 - 3UK engineers are investigating the issue.

 

Next Update: 20:00.
