My phone has not been working since Thursday. It does not allow me to connect a card from any network. It is definitely unlocked. The SIM card inserted into another phone does not work. I am writing to you for the second time. This is not serious. I have a lot of stress because of this and problems with doing my job. I have been to the service, contacted Apple and EE, and no one sees a problem. It was noticed that ID Mobile indicated that the phone is lost or stolen. This is a lie. I am its owner, and I always have. Please remove the fault immediately. If not, please provide information regarding the termination of the contract due to your fault.

Hi
Welcome to the Community!
If a handset has been reported as lost or stolen the handset will be blacklisted which means that a SIM won’t work in the handset.
Did we advise if it was blocked by us? Have you checked with EE regarding any blocks?
