never get signal for call help!

Hi

Ive had this phone for last 6 months. In the last 2 months I've struggled to be able to call anyone. Everytime I try to call it just doesn't connect..the problem is both at home and out of the house. 

 

Ive missed doctors and hospital appointment referrals because it never connects and never get the calls. I use WiFi calling where possible but sometimes my WiFi doesn't reach and I miss it. 

 

Can someone help as I can't carry on unable to make calls or recieve any.

 

Signal in my area is fine (e4 9sb)

    Taking a look the area of E4 9SB has some patchy spots around so generally there may be some issues with coverage.

     

    As ​@andewhite suggests there’s also an outage in the area which could be affecting service.

     

    You’ve been having issues here for 2 months, when you go to other areas, how is signal?

    The signal isn't great in other places either eg. At work I never get it.

    Are you able to provide some example postcodes of other areas you have the issues? 

    Are the problems with calls, texts and data in the other areas?

    So at my parents house tw7 5le also had issues. In general when I'm around e4 postcode eg. Shops in highams park doesn't work
