I am a new customer. Transferred my old number to ID, which completed yesterday. I cannot make any calls nor send/receive WhatsApp messages. Please would somebody be good enough to advise how to fix this. Step-by-step instructions greatly appreciated!

- What exactly do you hear - if anything - when you dial-out?
- Likewise, what exactly do your hear when calling your mobile number?
- Can you send / receive SMS text messages?
- Have you tried a RESET NETWORK SETTINGS on your iPhone SE?
