Hi, after having a phone stolen in Thailand and purchasing a replacement, I now cannot call, send/receive texts or access my mobile data. Is there anything special that needs to be done in settings to allow me to use my phone in the UK?

Have you also had a replacement SIM card?
If not, you’ll need to get one via a Currys store or we can have one sent out, please let us know if you’d like one sent out.
