Got a new sim card.  Still no network at times. Paying for something that hardly works

Sorry to hear this, is your SIM not working in certain locations or does it both work and not work in the same location?

 

What device are you using the SIM card in?

I'm using Samsung s23 ..at my house no network or signal around my town the same. I need to know my rights because I'm paying for a service that just is no use to me. Can't make or receive calls etc 

Getting in touch with consumer rights etc about this although I'm in a contract surely I can return phone and sim and leave id as they are failing me and have done for some time I should of complained back on April

You’ve had these issues since April 2024? When did you join iD Mobile? Have you had these issues since joining?
