Hi, I recently joined id mobile and have discovered this weekend that I can't get any 4g connection in EH45 postcode area where I spend a great deal of time. I have followed all steps advised online about resetting the connection however when attempting to connect to the id 4g network it says 'unavailable'.
Taking a look there are some patchy spots in the area of EH45 8SF which could generally be making signal quite weak for 4G, we wouldn’t expect any 5G here.
It’s also worth noting that Three UK are aware of an outage in the area and working on a fix, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
