No 5G connection since joining


I joined ID mobile around 9 months+ ago, and since joining I've had no connection to 5G whatsoever. I have a Samsung 20+ and can never seem to get 5G connection anywhere, even when going for days out etc and going to other areas.

I have checked the coverage map and my home area does have 5G connection, but I can't work out why I can't get the service on my phone?

Any support you guys can offer would be great because I think I'll be moving away from ID mobile if I can't access the full service.

Have you checked 5G is toggled on in the phone settings?

What are the full postcode(s) you’re not receiving 5G in please?

 

As also advised by ​@MZone, is 5G enabled?
