No 5G connection since joining | iD Mobile Community

I joined ID mobile around 9 months+ ago, and since joining I've had no connection to 5G whatsoever. I have a Samsung 20+ and can never seem to get 5G connection anywhere, even when going for days out etc and going to other areas.I have checked the coverage map and my home area does have 5G connection, but I can't work out why I can't get the service on my phone?Any support you guys can offer would be great because I think I'll be moving away from ID mobile if I can't access the full service.Many thanks in advance!

The prize will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance.

Upon request, the initials and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
