No call or data coverage

Connect to a mast with 4G but nobody in the house can make calls or use data from our location. AL1 postcode. Has been like this for several weeks. Is this a know problem, if so when will it be fixed? Works fine 200m up the road in a different cell. Has been fine previously. Will have to change providers if there is no resolution expected.
