So are all customers getting money off they’re account as we can’t even ring emergency networks!

There is no impact to contacting the emergency services, as this is separate from standard voice calls. Thanks.

@Matthew T  I was about to post that some customer's may be experiencing network issues with call's. Due to my work I've only just made this post.

To all customers experiencing call issues ID Mobile will keep us updated as and when they receive further information.

What exactly has happened to stop everyone’s calls going out ? Why not let people know truth?

be honest with your customers .. is it a cyber attack ? Has someone pressed a button they shouldn’t have ?
