I cannot make calls or receive calls from home. There are plenty of signal bars and I can receive texts and data. When I try to call there is no ringing sound and after 30 secs the signal bar goes to zero, and then it says mobile network not available. The calls work as normal away from home, the phone is set on 4G, I have had a replacement sim fitted and have been on the chat three times, have been told twice “I’ll escalate this to our technical team and they’ll be in touch within the next two days” but haven’t heard anything. It would seem to me that the tower I use at home has a fault in processing my calls. Please how can I get my phone working.

Therefore, this isn’t a supported device on our network, so calls are unlikely to work at all with this phone.This is due to the 3G turn off that began rolling out recently.
