Unable to make and reciece calls, text message and data is lagging. Could you please advise on when this issue will be resolved?

Does your iD SIM work in a different phone, ​@jyoti_s

Might be best to contact iD customer support and ask them to check your iD account network settings.

Hi ​@Siân, I went into currrys yesterday as advised one of your advisors on your online chat. Iv been given a new sim card and that finally resovled the issue.

Thank you ​@jyoti_s. I see above the new SIM card resolved the issue, but then the issues came back, is that correct?

 

As of right now, is the issue with calls, texts or data, or all three? 

 

Also, how many bars of signal are you receiving right now?
