No calls, message or data

Does your iD SIM work in a different phone, ​@jyoti_s? 

Might be best to contact iD customer support and ask them to check your iD account network settings.

Hi ​@Siân, I went into currrys yesterday as advised one of your advisors on your online chat. Iv been given a new sim card and that finally resovled the issue.

As of right now, is the issue with calls, texts or data, or all three? 

Also, how many bars of signal are you receiving right now?

I have and same issue, iv got a brand new sim from currys last thursday
