Moved to ID mobile from o2 six months ago - rest of the family are on ID and have had no issues at all. I have a Pixel 8, all up to date and runs perfectly except if I’m in an area where there’s little 5G my 4G is absolutely dire.
I can’t make/receive calls, have no internet connection and the phone is essentially a useless brick unless I can find wifi or back to 5G!
This isn’t in rural areas either - central London and other big cities as well as smaller towns. 4G just does not work. Any ideas?!
