Hi @Jolanta Mazuoliene,

Welcome to the Community!

It sounds like there is an issue with coverage in the area or your SIM/Phone.

You can visit the link below to check the coverage.

https://community.idmobile.co.uk/coverage-network-70

The link below will advise how to get a replacement SIM.

I suppose the first thought @Deborah Draws would be to ask if your phone is showing iD as its network, so does it? If not have you tried restarting the phone?

And are you saying that when away from Wi-Fi your phone shows as no service or a weak signal?

Is your ported number showing on the phones settings? Has anyone mentioned your number isn’t showing at their end?

(sorry for all the questions but we need to start somewhere)

HI @Jolanta Mazuoliene and @Deborah Draws

To add to what @Kash and @Daz_S has asked….

What phones do you have?
@Jolanta Mazuoliene  when did you move to iD Mobile?
Do you have VoLTE enabled on them?

All and any information helps in determining the problem x

Hi Thanks All ,

Got through to to live chat on Friday , I had to reset network , when I did this I could see 2 sim’s showing from ID and O2 , primary and personal, so I also had to put ID as primary and switch off the the 2nd sim, I have looked into it and I can delete the other esim if I am sure I won’t need it again, going to see how my connection experience is with ID.

Thank you for all your help

Just keep you O2 switched off for the time being,. Now if you're not going to use your second sim any time soon and want to keep that O2 number you can ask O2 for a physical sim for that number and have it on pay as you go if you occasionally use said number or cancel it all together once you are happy and don't need a second number.
