Hi there. I took a phone contact out with you just over a week ago. I checked the coverage in my area prior, which said it was very good coverage. 

Since switching my network, I have been unable to use my data in my area which I should have been able to since it said my area had ‘good coverage’ and when I call people, they can’t hear me as my service is awful. 

Is there a reason for this?

If this is what I’m getting for £61.99 per month, I need to cancel my contract with you ASAP as this is unacceptable.
