No coverage at two service stations 100 miles apart!

Today I've been to Cairn Lodge Motorway service station and now at Tebay service station. They're over 100 miles apart, one in Scotland, one in England. There's an 'issue that we're working on' at both!

What on earth is going on? Is the north west of Britain out of action as far as id Mobile is concerned? (There SHOULD be good 4G indoors and outdoors at both)

    Hi there ​@Daripa1963, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, at times, work can be going on in areas by Three UK, and they’ll endeavour to work on these issues and fix them as soon as possible, and we cannot offer a fault free service at all times I’m afraid.

     

    As you’ve mentioned, they’re 100 miles apart, so will be different issues in these two areas that Three UK are working on. I believe these places should also offer free Wi-Fi that can be used if having issues.
