I virtually have no coverage in central london around soho /Piccadilly area. Phone will have full bars 4g or 5g but no ability to do anything even basic messaging. Here is a screen shot of my speedtest. How to i complain and get a resolution?

Completely agree, I would never have signed up to ID Mobile if I knew how bad the signal was in central London.

  • I can’t listen to a single music track on Spotify in zone 1
  • I can’t lock and unlock ebikes
  • I can’t listen to podcasts

I live and work in central london and it is extremely rare that I can use my data allowance like I would elsewhere. I used to have a Vodafone contract and it had no problems whatsoever.

I’ve tried to message the help chat people for ID mobile but I think English isn’t their first language and they have no idea what to do either.

I’m sorry to hear this, it’s worth noting that data speeds are not guaranteed to be at any minimum speed.

 

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

 

Do these issues extend absolutely everywhere you go or just certain areas?

 

How long have you had issues here?
