No data


I have been with ID mobile for many years without any issues. For the first time last month I used up all my data allowance. When the data renewed I no longer have mobile data in any location. I have tried everything, resetting data, resetting phone, try sim in another phone and all the suggestions given to me by the chatbot but nothing works. Can anyone help please?

If your iD SIM doesn’t work in another phone, it could be damaged / faulty, ​@aaronlord
