In central London the signal/coverage for data is so poor that regularly I can’t lock or unlock ebikes, play a single song off Spotify, or even send Whatsapp messages.
I’ve actually had ID Mobile for a few months and have simply tried to tolerate it but it is crazy when I see random strangers able to instantly lock ebikes, or walking around happily streaming radio/TV on their phone.
Why is the signal/coverage so bad? Can anything be done about this?
I was on Vodafone before ID Mobile and had zero problems - it was as fast as anything.
I’ve tried the online chatbox thing to discuss it but the advisors on that are clueless.
