no Internet connection


I have not had Internet coverage in most of  west Cornwall since 3g was switched off in November. I have an iPhone 13. Any ideas?

I can also see that there is no 3G or 5G in this area, so would recommend selecting 4G for the best signal possible here.

Thanks, but it has been like it for months now.

Can I get out of my contract early due to lack of provision?

Hey there ​@slugmoat, we wouldn’t offer an early release based on you raising an outage to us straight away. If it’s been on-going for months, have you previously raised this with us?

 

Secondly, we’d need to launch a further investigation into the issue for you and see if we can resolve before any further steps can be looked into. If you’d like us to PM you to investigate further, we can do so.
