Hey there @Lilenbri, please follow below how to change between 4G and 5G:

  1. Open Settings: You can access settings by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the gear icon, or by finding the Settings app in your app drawer.
  2. Navigate to Network & Internet or Connections: Look for the "Network & Internet" or "Connections" option in the Settings menu.
  3. Select Mobile Network: Tap on "Mobile networks" to access your mobile network settings.
  4. Choose Preferred Network Type or Network Mode: Look for an option like "Preferred network type" or "Network mode".
  5. Select 4G: Choose "4G/3G/2G (Auto)" or "LTE/4G" as the preferred network type.

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi @Lilenbri

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you are facing with the service.

Can you please confirm if this is all over or in a particular area?

What is you handset make and model please?

Thanks,

Hey there @Lilenbri, please confirm the full postcode(s) you’re having issues in?

Have you tried manually connecting to 4G?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

Thanks,

Tyler
